What you'll do

• Review policyholder accounts, identify coverage gaps, recommend products and additional coverage, develop existing accounts, resolve escalated customer concerns, support customer satisfaction and retention, guide customers on coverage decisions, mentor team members, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and industry requirements.
