What you'll do

• Direct daily earthwork, grading, utilities, paving, and other civil construction activities
• coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• enforce safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures
• inspect progress, safety, and quality
• assist with project schedules and sequence work
• communicate schedule updates
• coordinate deliveries and equipment mobilization
• ensure work follows drawings and specifications
• resolve field discrepancies
• maintain daily reports, as-builts, and safety logs
• support environmental and regulatory compliance
• lead site personnel and toolbox talks
• serve as the onsite contact for inspectors, engineers, and clients
• report progress, risks, and needs to the Project Manager.
