What you'll do

• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, background checks, orientation, and employment paperwork
• respond to employee questions about HR, benefits, payroll, and leave
• process benefit enrollments and changes
• administer HR policies and support retention
• manage unemployment claims
• maintain employee records in payroll/HRIS systems
• back up day-to-day payroll and biweekly processing
• oversee online training compliance and performance evaluations.
