• Represent the Owner’s interests and help establish project requirements for budget, program, and schedule
• review design and construction documents and schedules
• maintain action, milestone, procurement, and risk logs
• support procurement and proposal evaluation
• monitor project budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• review contractor claims and recommend responses
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• facilitate meetings and provide management reporting
• and support design and construction phase reviews.
