What you'll do

• Participate in preconstruction planning
• review plans, specifications, and contracts
• assess constructability and execution
• support estimating and project handoffs
• lead kickoff meetings
• coordinate field teams, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• and coordinate delivery, closeout, final billing, and warranty activities.
