What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse scheduling, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and truck loading and unloading
• improve processes, slotting, and labor utilization
• maintain customer relationships and respond to service concerns
• lead supervisors and employees and support hiring and training
• complete performance reviews with supervisors
• monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics
• prepare monthly operational reports
• ensure SOPs and company policies are followed
• maintain inventory control and effective WMS use
• ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, SQF, and security standards
• oversee warehouse sanitation
• and promote teamwork and accountability.

Why this role

Reports to the Director of Warehousing and directly oversees warehouse supervisors, inventory control, order control, and sanitation functions. A bachelor’s degree or five or more years of warehouse supervisory or management experience is preferred.
