The Field Technician, Agricultural Equipment role is onsite in Thatcher, AZ. Compensation is $36.91–$48.99 per hour, depending on experience. The technician maintains and repairs CASE agricultural machinery and related equipment in field or shop settings. The work helps customers keep equipment operating through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
• conduct structural repairs, including welding, to manufacturer standards
• diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• work independently in the field
• follow OEM repair and maintenance guidelines
• use hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely
• document work using computer programs and service software
• follow vehicle and equipment safety rules
• operate company vehicles safely
• lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Why this role
