What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate caregiver staff
• coordinate work assignments with the Wellness Team and Administrator
• monitor, mentor, and educate Care Partners
• coordinate housekeeping duties
• perform medication aide or Care Partner duties when needed
• complete new-resident paperwork and audit charts
• monitor and update service plans
• schedule and facilitate quarterly service-plan meetings with elders, team members, and families.
