What you'll do

• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel
• ensure compliance with NEC requirements, state and local codes, and safety policies
• direct field crews and review schedules
• monitor job progress and workmanship
• communicate job status and field needs to management
• report hazards and operational concerns
• assist with electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment
• complete daily reports, time records, and job notes.
