What you'll do

• Identify and evaluate patient needs through telephone triage
• administer medications, including injections, and document medication given or prescribed as required
• identify patient and family education needs and provide instruction
• respond to emergencies as appropriate
• document information in medical records according to Clinical Services policies
• facilitate patient flow
• assist the physician with medical office procedures
• maintain office integrity.

Why this role
