Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler - Solutions By Sanford - Bismarck OB - FT Straight Nights. This is an onsite position in Hoople, ND, with a weekly salary range of $3010 - $3794. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. They collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, demonstrating competency within their scope of practice.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Responsible for the planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

At least one year of experience. At least six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.
