Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager role is onsite in Providence, RI. Pay is $18–$23 per hour. The position supports SERVPRO Team TMC’s mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction operations by ensuring production readiness for field crews. The manager oversees equipment, inventory, fleet readiness, safety compliance, and warehouse personnel so crews are properly equipped and jobs are supported. Accurate tracking, training, and daily preparation contribute to efficient and safe restoration work.

What you'll do

• Stage equipment and consumables for the next day’s production schedule
• respond to active job needs
• coordinate equipment pickups and returns
• submit required paperwork
• maintain inventory and tool-request systems
• oversee equipment cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• maintain equipment tracking systems
• keep fleet vehicles ready and compliant
• maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• conduct weekly OSHA safety training
• ensure crew PPE requirements are met
• supervise warehouse technicians
• monitor training
• and manage temporary labor documentation and schedules.
