What you'll do

• Receive and code vendor bills
• coordinate invoice accuracy with order fulfillment and purchasing
• run weekly check payments and send remittances
• reconcile vendor accounts and credit card general ledgers
• review expense reports
• maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense records
• prepare goods-in-transit and accrued-liability journals
• reconcile factory and manufacturing bills
• assist with audits and financial reports
• maintain vendor files and setup processes.
