What you'll do

• Assist with recruiting and interviewing Personal Care Worker candidates
• facilitate new-hire orientations and onboarding
• maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
• coordinate training, orientations, and employee documentation
• assist with background checks and employment verification
• support HR administration, data entry, and document preparation
• answer and direct calls and employee inquiries
• assist with job fairs, hiring events, and recruitment initiatives
• maintain employee information in HR, payroll, and company systems
• protect confidentiality and support HIPAA and company-policy compliance.

Why this role
