Program Aid / Specialist – Midlands Communities

Job overview

The part-time Program Aid / Specialist works onsite in the Midlands communities of South Carolina, including Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce, Richland, Newberry, and Fairfield. The stated pay is $12–$12.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2–6:30 p.m., for three to four hours per day; summer hours vary. The Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region supports youth through club programs and activities. The role plans, implements, facilitates, and supervises programs while promoting member safety and program quality. It also provides guidance and role modeling, maintains participation records, and helps youth engage in creative and developmental activities.
