What you'll do

• Conduct seller consultations and convert leads to signed listings
• prepare comparative market analyses and pricing strategies
• guide sellers through preparation and staging
• manage listings from agreement through closing
• negotiate offers
• maintain seller pipeline and client records
• participate in coaching and training
• track activity and follow-up in team systems.
