What you'll do

• Maintain visual supervision and a safe, structured environment
• support academic, therapeutic, recreational, and life-skills activities
• implement behavioral management practices
• conduct room checks and safety inspections
• assist with medication procedures when the nurse is unavailable, following policy
• support intakes, discharges, and family visits
• document observations and incidents
• transport youth for authorized activities.
