What you'll do

• Lead a commercial legal team covering strategic, enterprise, and partner transactions
• advise Sales, Channel, and cross-functional leaders
• monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments
• design and automate contracting frameworks, playbooks, templates, and processes
• collaborate on partner programs, product launches, renewals, and customer policies
• negotiate complex commercial contracts
• oversee public-sector and education contracting with outside counsel
• support direct, channel, and distribution agreements in domestic and international markets.
