What you'll do
- Diagnose technical and mechanical problems and make repairs as appropriate

- conduct scheduled maintenance on the physical plant and equipment
- maintain and test the emergency power system
- and keep essential equipment, including boiler-room and refrigeration equipment, in safe operating condition.
