What you'll do
- Provide face-to-face in-home, intake, diagnostic, and treatment services to children, adolescents, and families
- link clients to services, advocate, coordinate care, and support community integration
- provide emergency intervention and crisis stabilization
- offer parent education or training
- coordinate with FAPT and CSA staff and complete required paperwork
- maintain compliance with agency policies, confidentiality, client rights, licensure, and Medicaid regulations.
