What you'll do

• Process and reconcile biweekly payroll
• resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, tax notices, and compliance issues
• prepare monthly sales commission reports
• analyze payroll and financial reports
• reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries
• support financial close, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• file sales and use tax returns and maintain business registrations and licenses
• support audits and system improvements.
