What you'll do

• Lead technical design and product engineering for apparel and swim
• establish specifications, blocks, grading, construction, and fit standards
• develop design specification packages and 3D patterns
• lead fit sessions and evaluate samples
• govern carryover fit and address fit drift
• analyze returns and customer feedback and direct corrective actions
• maintain technical design standards and records in the PLM system
• manage sample development and vendor communication
• lead and develop the Tech Design team.
