What you'll do

• Conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of storage areas, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter
• monitor access activity
• report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors or gates, damage, and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents and alarms
• prepare activity and incident reports and shift communications
• provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property representatives.
