What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, signature drinks, and specialty coffee
• set up and operate the VIP bar for receptions and events
• accommodate guest preferences and dietary or nonalcoholic requirements
• follow protocol instructions and maintain guest confidentiality
• manage stock, cleanliness, hygiene, cash, and point-of-sale transactions
• support the main bar during peak trading as directed.
