What you'll do

• Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and online communities
• respond to direct messages, comments, and story replies
• ask questions to understand leads’ goals and challenges
• guide qualified prospects toward booking discovery calls
• follow up and re-engage inactive conversations
• track conversations, bookings, and follow-up activity
• help create simple weekly story prompts.
