• Identify and participate in iHydrant sales opportunities
• manage regional utility-customer deployments
• support product demonstrations, trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• work with sales and engineering teams on hydrant specifications
• communicate with customers and follow up on issues
• escalate service and implementation issues
• train clients on new product functionality
• communicate feature requests to Product Management
• and support assigned projects.
