The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite leadership role based in Gainesville, GA. The position offers a salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 per year and supports the Georgia branch of Uline, Inc., a major distributor of industrial and packaging materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and overseeing daily operations to ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and service excellence.

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, direct day-to-day warehouse operations, coach and develop warehouse managers, drive operational excellence, and implement data-driven improvements.
