The Lead HVAC Installer — Residential role is onsite in Havre de Grace, MD. Pay is $30–$45 per hour, with earning potential over $100,000 per year based on performance. ARS provides residential HVAC, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services to homeowners. The lead installer replaces and installs residential heating and cooling systems, leads an assigned helper, and tests new equipment. Work performed to manufacturer specifications, HVAC codes, and inspection standards supports safe, reliable home-comfort systems.

What you'll do

• Remove and replace outdated furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• install complete residential heating and cooling systems to manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes
• lead installations with an assigned helper
• start up, test, and troubleshoot equipment
• meet safety, quality, and inspection standards
• maintain a clean job site.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of HVAC installation experience, comfort leading installs with a helper, knowledge of local inspection codes, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. EPA certification is required or must be obtainable.
