What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver food according to resident nutritional needs
• follow menus and document substitutions
• manage food and dietary supply budgets and inventory
• store and label food safely
• monitor meal service and resident satisfaction
• meet modified diet orders
• assist residents with eating as needed
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• document food temperatures and menu records
• follow community and state protocols.
