Leasing Consultant, Villages at Franklin Crossing

What you'll do

• Present properties and amenities to prospective tenants
• track leads
• complete leasing paperwork and database entries
• greet, pre-qualify, tour, and follow up with prospects
• process applications
• conduct move-in orientations and inspections
• execute documents and collect monies due
• maintain leasing files and records
• respond to residents professionally
• notify the Community Manager of unsafe conditions
• assist with leasing and property operations.
