• Lead technical program execution for power NPI and package engineering
• establish program plans, milestones, critical paths, and resource alignment
• improve program processes and metrics
• identify risks and mitigation plans
• lead cross-functional technical task forces and root-cause analysis
• coordinate product, engineering, reliability, quality, operations, and supply-chain teams
• track partner milestones and engineering build requests
• support qualification, production readiness, and ramp
• communicate program status and decisions to leadership.
