What you'll do

• Handle cash duties including till preparation, change funds, and deposits
• interact with customers and audit customer experience and event execution
• ensure cashier staff follow cash-handling procedures and sell effectively
• ensure track personnel run races safely and efficiently
• ensure mechanics maintain karts
• enforce company policies and customer service standards
• order operating supplies, concessions, and retail merchandise
• complete safety, payroll, and facility paperwork
• contribute to schedules and employee communications
• report to management
• maintain facility appearance and coordinate maintenance.
