What you'll do

• Draft, review, interpret, negotiate, and finalize real estate, corporate, and business documents
• advise on real estate, corporate, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters
• conduct legal research and provide practical advice
• review fund, joint venture, investor, lender, and asset-level governance matters
• coordinate litigation, claims, disputes, investigations, and outside counsel
• manage insurance claims and corporate governance
• support document and contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, and legal technology
• advise deal teams and internal stakeholders.
