What you'll do

• Support attorneys and legal teams using legal technology
• scope, configure, and launch projects with legal technology platforms
• create user guides, FAQs, checklists, and workflow notes
• provide introductory training, demonstrations, and application support
• track adoption and feedback
• partner with IT, Innovation, Training, Knowledge, Research, vendors, and practice groups
• monitor legal technology trends.
