What you'll do

• Depending on the role and site, lead or optimize plant operations
• drive process improvements, debottlenecking, yield optimization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction
• support or lead capital projects from scope through commissioning and handover
• develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures
• strengthen reliability programs, maintenance, turnaround planning, and asset integrity
• support OSHA process safety management, EPA risk management expectations where applicable, and site EHS programs
• participate in risk assessments and safe work systems
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• monitor safety, production, quality, reliability, and budget KPIs
• support audits and corrective actions
• contribute to coaching, training, and succession planning.
