Product Data Management Administrator

The Product Data Management Administrator role is full-time and onsite in Wilmington, NC; compensation is not specified. The position supports Global Laser Enrichment’s first-of-its-kind nuclear technology program and multidisciplinary engineering team. The administrator maintains the company’s engineering data environment so controlled CAD files, drawings, documents, and release packages remain organized, traceable, and accessible. The role supports PDM workflows, user training, configuration management, and improvements to engineering data and document-control practices.

What you'll do

• Administer PDM users, groups, permissions, workflows, templates, data cards, and folder structures
• support check-in/check-out, version history, revision control, and release states
• troubleshoot user issues
• maintain engineering information and release workflows
• support data consistency, cleanup, archive, and export
• train users and maintain guides
• contribute to engineering configuration and data-management practices.
