What you'll do

• Assist the DON with daily nursing department operations, staffing, and priorities
• support hiring, training, coaching, and staff development
• participate in quality assurance and facility surveys
• conduct rounds and review nursing documentation
• monitor medication passes, treatments, and safety practices
• support resident assessments, care plans, and discharge plans
• report issues and help implement corrective actions.
