Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct maintenance department programs and activities
• maintain written policies and procedures
• coordinate maintenance services with related departments
• report to the Maintenance Director
• determine staffing needs and assist with recruitment and selection
• assign personnel and schedule work
• support staff training
• supervise safety and fire prevention programs and inspect work areas and equipment weekly
• monitor equipment and supplies
• forecast departmental needs and assist with budget planning.
