Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) role is onsite in New York, NY, with regular in-person presence required at DataCT’s principal offices. The base salary range is $260,000–$280,000 per year, with eligibility for performance-based incentives. DataCT administers consolidated U.S. equity market data to support fair, transparent, and efficient markets. The CISO leads the enterprise cybersecurity and risk management program, governing security strategy, compliance controls, vendor reviews, and incident response. The role reports security posture to the CRO and Board and helps protect the confidentiality, integrity, and resilience of systems supporting the market-data mission.

What you'll do

• Design and oversee the information security program
• maintain Reg SCI, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and GDPR controls
• lead vendor security reviews and incident response
• report security posture to the CRO and Board.
