The Line Cook position is onsite in Annapolis, MD, at the Naval Academy Club at the United States Naval Academy. Compensation is $22.55 per hour. The role supports the Naval Academy Hospitality Team’s food service operation. The Line Cook prepares assigned food items and supports cooks with service and banquet production. Following recipes, food safety practices, and stock procedures helps maintain consistent quality and an orderly kitchen.

What you'll do

• Assist cooks
• obtain ingredients and small equipment
• follow standard recipes for regular and banquet service
• operate food production and serving equipment according to instructions
• use safe and sanitary food handling practices
• maintain clean workstations and equipment
• assist with plating
• handle leftovers as instructed
• maintain food supply and refrigerator/freezer temperature records
• rotate stock and assist with ordering and delivery checks.
