The Operational Excellence Manager is an onsite role based in Whitemarsh Township, PA. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the supervision team at MCC, a global leader in premium label solutions. This role exists to drive the transition to a Lean culture in the plant. The manager supports and leads productivity improvements and loss elimination initiatives, engaging the plant to achieve tangible results and educating teams in waste elimination and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Drive transition to Lean culture
• lead productivity improvements and loss elimination initiatives
• engage plant staff in Lean principles
• lead Kaizen events
• analyze and re-evaluate outcomes
• analyze departmental key metrics
• drive KPIs
• develop site transformation plans
• provide pre-event training and post-event follow-up
• mentor KPO team members
• teach Lean tools (5S, TPM, Standard Work, Visual Management)
• partner with leadership to drive improvement
• share best practices
• maintain program tracking.
