What you'll do

• Provide personalized customer service
• process checking and savings deposits and withdrawals and other payments
• count, prove, and package currency
• balance the cash drawer and research differences
• use technology to complete transactions
• meet assigned sales referral goals
• assist with compliance, security, training, end-of-day balancing, audits, traveler’s checks, and cash ordering
• model customer service and sales behaviors.
