What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes and menus
• plan cooking schedules around mealtimes
• follow sanitary regulations and special diet instructions
• reduce food waste
• care for dietary equipment and production sheets
• and direct other food service employees when the Food Service Director and Assistant Food Service Director are absent.
