The Renovation Project Manager & Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with compensation of $65,000–$70,000 per year. The role supports BruZiv Partners’ multifamily and commercial property portfolio through Property Operations. This hands-on leadership role manages renovations and capital improvements while supervising maintenance operations. It coordinates projects, contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to keep projects on schedule and within budget, complete apartment turns to company standards, and maintain properties and building systems.

What you'll do

• Manage renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through completion
• develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and timelines
• obtain and evaluate bids
• coordinate contractors, vendors, maintenance staff, and property managers
• inspect work and track costs
• oversee apartment renovations and unit turns
• supervise maintenance staff and work orders
• develop preventative maintenance schedules
• monitor building systems and property standards
• manage vendor performance and project invoices
• assist with annual maintenance and capital expenditure budgets
• travel regularly between properties within the portfolio.
