Procurement Coordinator — IT Purchasing

What you'll do

• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and consulting
• assess suppliers and manage RFQs and RFPs
• negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements
• maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance and renewals
• coordinate contract review and execution
• maintain software license records
• process requisitions and purchase orders
• reconcile invoices and monitor spending
• maintain procurement procedures and controls.
