What you'll do

• For managers: lead plant HR functions, maintain staffing, support employee relations, work with leaders on productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and morale, develop policies, ensure labor-law compliance, administer retention and engagement programs, manage benefits, report HR metrics, and assist with OSHA compliance and workers’ compensation.
• For generalists: maintain HRIS, recruit, onboard, coordinate performance management, track attendance, assist with payroll and benefits, and deliver some training.
