Housekeeper

What you'll do

• Clean and dust the office, clubhouse, laundry facility, barbecue grills, and common areas
• prepare coffee and refreshments
• clean model apartments weekly and apartment units as needed
• water plants near the model entrance
• ensure make-readies are cleaned promptly
• perform other assigned duties.
