Part-Time General Dentist

The Part-Time General Dentist role is an in-person, patient-facing position in East Greenbush, New York, for a few days each week, chosen from the practice’s Monday–Thursday schedule. Compensation is a competitive daily rate or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first six months; afterward, compensation is 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month and 35% above that amount. Aesthetic Dentistry of East Greenbush is a cosmetic and family dental practice focused on prevention and attention to detail. The dentist diagnoses and treats dental conditions and provides expanded-function care, including implants, molar root canals, and oral surgery. The role contributes to patient-centered care through education, collaborative treatment planning, accurate documentation, and coordination with the practice team. IV sedation may be provided for appropriate cases if credentialed; it is a bonus, not a requirement.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based, patient-first practices
• place dental implants and perform implant restoration
• perform molar root canal therapy and oral surgery, including surgical extractions
• educate patients about oral health and treatment options
• collaborate on treatment planning and continuity of care
• maintain clinical documentation
• work with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
• uphold clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
