What you'll do

• Develop engineering roadmaps with company executives and manage deployment
• lead daily engineering operations, resource planning, milestones, and budgets
• oversee cybersecurity tasks and hardening of communications platforms
• coach teams, manage performance, and support talent acquisition
• oversee engineering supporting managed services, federal consulting, and the NG9-1-1 Interoperability Test Lab.
