What you'll do

• Perform sales-team administrative functions
• assist with customer quotations and bid proposals
• support closing sales and quarterly quotas
• maintain and grow existing business
• answer product and industry inquiries
• develop vendor and customer relationships
• occasionally cold call and email prospects and current customers
• provide order-status updates, quote follow-up, and inventory checks
• gather competitive information and pricing
• process customer and vendor documents
• support project data entry and extraction.
